CD-Leycom Inca
The CD-Leycom Inca, developed by CD-Leycom of the Netherlands, is an intracardiac monitoring device. Catheters connected to this product measure performance inside the heart.
Smidesign came up with a clever way of enabling modularity while keeping mold cost down; a research or veterinary version is incompatible with the Inca version for human medicine, although the housing parts used for both versions are the same. A project brought to life together with the Unitron Group.
